STUNT CLASSES

During our stunt classes, you’ll learn flexibility techniques, proper body positions, and essential basing skills. Whether you’re a flyer or a base, we have the perfect Flight class for you—choose the level that best fits your goals and take your skills to new heights!


  • STUNT 101

    This class is for Level 1 stunting. In this class you will learn the beginner basics such as:


    • One-leg stunts on stunt stands
    • Body Control
    • Stunts at prep level
  • STUNT ELITE

    This class is for Level 2 stunting & up. The prerequisite for this class are:


    • 1/4 Tic toc lib to lib
    • Extended body position
    • Inversion to prep
    • Prep to prep body positions
  • COED STUNT

    This class will teach fundamentals of Co-ed Stunting. This is High School & College Level Only. Co-ed basic stunt drills will be taught before progressing higher level skills. Skills such as:


    • Toss Drills
    • Dismounts
    • Beginner Stunts
    • Elite Stunts

We're introducing young students to the very basics of athleticism and teamwork by offering a series of mental and physical development stages. At Alstarz, we're dedicated to the success of every child in our community and we can't wait for your little one to be next. 


Our Stunt Class focuses on building essential skills through structured stations and drills. Athletes will develop strength, balance, and technique with exercises designed for bases, flyers, and spotters. The class includes skill-building on body positions, flexibility, and partner coordination to ensure safe and effective stunting at all levels.
